This study was conducted by a case study method for a 58-year-old female patient suffering from hypertension.

This case study was carried out for three weeks, from 10 to 28 July 2023, using the nursing analysis process which included the assessment stages, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The nursing analysis process is a systematic approach to identify nursing problems, develop a plan of care, and evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions. In this case study, several nursing problems were found, including acute pain and lack of information about their health conditions.
