Introduction

The Dairi Regency Health Office has been conducting preliminary research that shows that performance is still unsatisfactory. To overcome this problem, this study aims to improve the performance of the health service through script analysis, which includes six important components: strategies, communication, recognition, innovation, participation, and cooperation team. The study uses qualitative analytic descriptive methods involving 25 informants and four instruments: an open questionnaire, a collection of ideas from respondents, data findings from official documents, and the results of the discussion in the focus of the discussion group (FGD).
