Safe and Unsafe Actions: The results showed that 57.8% of workers took safe actions, while 42.2% were involved in unsafe actions. This shows that almost half of the actions taken by workers in the processing section have the potential to cause accidents.
Demographic Factors: Workers involved in unsafe actions are mostly from young age groups with a total of 14 people (77.8%), and high school education totaling 19 people (100%). This shows that workers who are younger and who have certain educational backgrounds tend to take unsafe actions.
Employment Status: The status of non-permanent employees amounted to 10 people (52.6%) and new working periods with a total of 14 people (73.7%) also contributed to the high number of unsafe action.

Surveillance: Despite surveillance, there are 19 people (100%) who state that they feel supervision, but this seems not effective enough to prevent unsafe actions.
