Introduction

Coronary heart disease (CHD) remains a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. This study aims to explore the relationship between RPL and the severity of coronary arterial lesions in acute myocardial infarction patients undergoing coronary angiography.

Of the total 60 patients studied, it was found that 25 patients (41%) had a syntax score of 23 or more, while 35 patients (58%) had a score of less than 23. The analysis using the Chi-Square method indicates a significant statistical relationship between the lymphocyte platelet ratio and the syntax score, with the Odds Ratio (OR) value of 8.7 and the P value of less than 0.001.
