This study aims to investigate the ability of the fungus contained in suppressive soil to overcome the Ganoderma Boninense attack on oil palm plants.

The method used is dilution with a dilution level from 10^-3 to 10^-5, and the media used is Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA).

Diversity and abundance of fungi in suppressive soils are higher than the soil infected with ganoderma boninense. Of the total isolates obtained, found 8 fungal isolates from suppressive soils, while inferted soil only 4 isolates were obtained.
