The Pantai Labu District, located in Deli Serdang Regency, has a significant population that relies on groundwater for their daily needs. However, the water quality in the area has been compromised due to the presence of contaminants from septic tanks and industrial and household waste. The high levels of dissolved oxygen (DO), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), and iron (Fe) in the water make it unfit for consumption. This situation has raised concerns about the health and well-being of the community, particularly children, pregnant women, and the elderly.

The primary objective of this research is to design clean water treatment installation buildings that can meet the needs of the community in Pantai Labu District. The research aims to:
