This research aims to address this limitation by developing a mathematical model that takes into account both demand from nodes and paths.

The number of cellular phone users in Indonesia continues to increase every year, with a significant impact on the demand for telecommunications services. To meet this demand, telecommunications operators must invest in expanding their network infrastructure, including the placement of BTS.
