Methodology

This study uses a quantitative approach to examine the effect of Relationship Marketing on customer satisfaction in Mawar Bakery Branch Setia Budi Medan. A total of 100 loyal customers of Mawar Bakery were surveyed using questionnaires and interviews. The data collected was then processed using SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to measure the effect of financial benefits, social benefits, and structural bonds on customer decisions.

Results

The results of this study show that the three independent variables (financial benefits, social benefits, and structural bonds) together have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable (customer decision). Correlation coefficient analysis (R) shows a close relationship between financial benefits, social benefits, and structural bonds with customer decisions. This suggests that Relationship Marketing is a crucial factor in influencing customer decisions in Mawar Bakery Branch Setia Budi Medan.
