CPP-ACPF Group: 254.66 ± 87.26 VHN before and 392.63 ± 96.53 VHN after treatment
Artificial saliva group: 347.53 ± 86.46 VHN before and 436.06 ± 96.56 VHN after treatment
Soy milk paste group: 179.43 ± 68.29 VHN before and 294.91 ± 69.00 VHN after treatment

Analysis using the one-way ANOVA statistical test showed a significant difference in the influence of the two types of remineralization material on the surface hardness of the enamel (p = 0.000; p < 0.05). The results of the LSD post-hoc test revealed a significant difference between treatment groups, where the CPP-ACPF pasta group showed significant differences in hardness compared to artificial saliva (p = 0.049; p < 0.05), between CPP-ACPF and soy milk paste (p = 0.014; p < 0.05), and between artificial saliva and soy milk paste (p = 0.000; p < 0.05).

From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the influence of the provision of remineralization material between CPP-ACPF and paste from soy milk on the surface hardness of enamel. This discovery highlights the potential of soy milk as a valuable alternative to remineralization, which can support caries prevention efforts and improve dental health.
