The results showed that Word of Mouth communication has a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions to use the services of an English course institution.

This means that 23% of consumer decisions can be explained through Word of Mouth Communication. The remaining 77% of the decision was influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study. These findings have important implications for LCE marketing strategies.
