The F-count value of 68,525 is higher than the F-Table 2.72, and the significance value (SIG-P) reaches 0,000, far below the threshold of 0.05. Further analysis shows that organizational climate partially also has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a T-count value of 4.595 which is greater than T-table 1.66 and P-value 0,000. Meanwhile, organizational culture also showed a significant effect with T-count of 11,221 which was much higher than T-table 1.66 and P-Value 0,000.

Discussion

These findings indicate that positive climate and organizational culture can encourage employees to perform better in their work. A good organizational climate, which includes supporting work atmosphere, effective communication, and harmonious relationships between employees, has a positive impact on employee motivation and productivity. Meanwhile, a strong and clear organizational culture not only forms company identity, but also affects employee behavior in carrying out their duties.

Based on the results of this study, Siantar Hotel management is advised to pay more attention and develop aspects that affect the climate and organizational culture.
