The participants were selected based on their BMI classification, which includes being overweight, class I obesity, and class II obesity.

The results showed that there was no significant correlation (p = 0.172) between the severity of the stretch marks determined by the Ina and BMI scores. Of the total participants, the proportion of men who have stretch marks reached 12.4%. The most common location for stretch marks is the abdominal area (36.7%), followed by a combination of armpit and abdominal areas (20%). Most cases indicate a mild stretch marks severity (83.3%). Among men who experience stretch marks, the BMI category includes being overweight (13.3%), class I obesity (40.0%), and class II obesity (43.3%).

It is interesting to note that despite the proportion of men who experience stretch marks, the results of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between the severity of the stretch marks and BMI.
