The results of this study showed that service quality had a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance at the South Medan Samsat Office, with a T-Statistic value greater than T-Table (28,554> 1,660). The coefficient of determination or R square obtained is 0.785. This means that the effect of service quality on taxpayer compliance reaches 78.5%, while 21.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. These results indicate that improving service quality is directly proportional to the increase in taxpayer compliance at the South Medan Samsat Office.
