A total of 94 respondents participated in the study, and data was obtained through a questionnaire filled by respondents. The results of the analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software show that both product quality and Brimo service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously.

Results

The results of this study indicate that the value of t count is greater than t table and the value of f count is greater than the F table. This indicates that the quality of products and services contributes greatly to customer satisfaction, with a variation contribution of 72.4%. That is, almost all variations of customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of the products and services provided, while the remaining 27.6% may be influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.

The results indicate that product quality and Brimo service quality are critical factors that can significantly impact customer satisfaction.
