This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance in the superior Polytechnic of LP3M Medan.

When employees show good performance, the overall performance of the institution will also increase. This is because employee performance is directly linked to the achievement of institutional goals. This study aims to answer two research questions:

How does organizational culture influence employee performance?
How does leadership style influence employee performance?

Methodology

This study used a quantitative approach to collect data from 36 respondents chosen using simple random sampling techniques. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, and the data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that all proposed hypotheses were proven to be significant.

Organizational culture includes values, norms, and practices that apply within the institution. A strong and positive culture will create a work environment that supports employees to contribute optimally.
