However, there are significant changes in visual sharpness in mild amblyopia groups (p <0.001) and moderate (p <0.001). The 500 mg Citicoline giving is proven to be significant (p <0.001) in increasing the visual sharpness of patients with refractive amblyopia in pure smart high schools.

Conclusion

The 500 mg Citicoline tablet significantly increases visual sharpness in people with refractive amblyopia in pure smart high schools. These results show the potential of Citicoline as additional therapy in the management of amblyopia, especially in the category of sufferers who have minor degree of amblyopia.
