The Pearson Product Moment test was used to analyze the data.

The results of this study showed a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and career maturity in class XI students of SMA Unggul Del Laguboti. The correlation coefficient (r) was 0.494, with a significance level of P = 0.000. This finding indicates that students with high self-efficacy tend to have higher career maturity. This result suggests that self-efficacy plays a vital role in helping students understand themselves, explore career choices, and prepare for their future careers.
