The data collection techniques used are primary data (questionnaires, interviews, observations) and secondary data (literature study). Data analysis is carried out descriptively by tabulating data from respondents and analyzing them.

Results

The results showed that the implementation of the CSR program of PT. TPL in Porsea District is not yet fully effective in improving the welfare of the community. Some programs are still not running optimally and need to be implemented immediately. This indicates that there is still a gap between community expectations and the realization of the CSR program carried out by PT. TPL.
