This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and attitude of Ms. Pus in Pangkalan Masyhur Village, Medan Johor District, as well as its relationship with the use of contraceptives.

This study uses a cross-sectional descriptive analytic method with questionnaire data collected from 100 PUS mothers. Data analysis was carried out in a univariate and bivariate with a chi-square test at a significance level of 90%. The results showed that the level of knowledge and attitudes of respondents regarding contraceptives was in a good category. Bivariate analysis shows a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the use of contraceptives (p = 0.001), as well as a significant relationship between attitudes and use of contraception (p = 0,000).
