This waste, such as cow dung and plant remaining, contains organic matter that can be converted into renewable energy, namely biogas. Biogas production from biomass and cow dung has been gaining attention in recent years due to its potential to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, minimize greenhouse gas emissions, and encourage sustainable clean energy development.

Methodology

This study examines the potential of biogas produced from various types of organic waste and cow dung. The experimental method used involves 3 treatments with 3 repetitions, testing the effectiveness of the use of biogas and LPG as a fuel generator. The biogas mixture is used in a proportion of 5%, 10%, and 15%, combined with LPG of 95%, 90%, and 85% to produce electrical energy.

The use of biogas of 5% in the fuel generator mixture gives the most optimal results, able to turn on the generator for 10.10 minutes and produce the highest electric power of 946 watts.
