This study concludes that the relationship between the Toba Batak and Pakpak Batak tribes in Bangun Village is complex and influenced by past experiences. However, it is also important to note that the stereotype does not reflect all tribal members. There are many examples that show a harmonious relationship between individuals from both tribes. By applying the values of togetherness and mutual respect, the village of Bangun can be an example of how cultural differences actually produce new uniqueness and strength for people who live side by side.
