Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a significant public health concern in tropical regions, particularly in Indonesia. In the context of DHF incidents, one case was recorded, but no significant relationship was found between efforts to eradicate mosquito nests and DHF incidents in Tegal Sari Mandala III.

The results of this study reflect the low effectiveness of PSN 3M Plus efforts in the community. Although this program is designed to reduce the risk of transmission of DHF, low community participation in prevention activities is a serious challenge. In addition, one DHF case recorded shows that despite the efforts made, this disease can still arise if the awareness and commitment of the community are not improved.

The overview of community development efforts in Tegal Sari Mandala III Kelurahan shows unfavorable results. The distribution of low dengue fever events and a lack of significant relationship between efforts to eradicate mosquito nests and DHF incidents indicate the need for a more comprehensive and collaborative approach in dealing with this health problem. Active participation and public awareness are needed to create a healthier environment and prevent the spread of DHF in the future.
