Introduction

This study aims to analyze the effect of independent variables, namely work discipline and incentives, on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. By involving 76 workers from the Depot Division at PT. XYZ as a sample, data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation, interviews using questionnaires, and documentation studies. To analyze data, multiple linear regression analysis methods are used.
