This study aims to investigate the influence of discipline and work competencies on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Region.

Results

The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the independent variable of work discipline (X1) and work competencies (X2) have a significant influence on the performance (Y) of PT PLN employees in North Sumatra.

Analysis of the Effect of Discipline and Work Competencies

The results of this study show that both discipline and work competencies have a significant influence on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) North Sumatra Region. By strengthening these two aspects, PT PLN is expected to improve employee performance as a whole, which will ultimately contribute to the achievement of company goals.
