This research is a type of descriptive research that aims to describe the implementation of the Mandiri JPK program conducted at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (Open) Medan Branch. The sample in this study was 74 workers/employees. The sampling technique used in this study is a simple random sampling technique. To obtain the required data, this research uses data collection techniques such as questionnaires and literature studies. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive statistics.

This program is considered very beneficial for employees and is very helpful for employees in getting health insurance.
