Methodology
The data used in this study came from financial statements and independent audit reports from each company published on the website www.idx.co.id . The sampling method used is purposive sampling, where the sample consists of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the period 2006 to 2009. The analysis model used is logistical regression, which is a suitable method for analyzing the relationship between categorical variables.
Results
The results of the study showed that company growth, institutional ownership, default debt, and delays in audit reports jointly affect the Going Concern opinion. Partially, the results of the study showed that default debt significantly influenced the Going Concern opinion, while company growth, institutional ownership, and delays in the audit report had no influence on the Going Concern opinion.

These findings indicate that default debt is the main factor that encourages the issuance of the Going Concern opinion. This can be understood because default debt indicates the company's inability to fulfill its financial obligations, which is the main indicator of the risk of business continuity.
