Introduction

The results of this study indicate that the incidence of neuropathy pain is very high among patients with diabetes mellitus who underwent treatment at the Internal Poly Outpatient Installation of Haji Adam Malik Hospital Medan. These findings highlight the importance of more attention from medical parties, especially nurses, in dealing with complaints of neuropathy pain in diabetes patients. This is crucial in improving the quality of life of patients and providing a more appropriate treatment approach.
