To support its distribution activities, the company has provided fertilizer warehouses and appoints marketing agents in various regions. However, PT. Tulus Marisi faces challenges in information services, where data and information management is still carried out manually. This manual system brings many weaknesses, especially in planning and controlling existing demand. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the variables that affect service satisfaction in the company.

The fertilizer distribution sector is a crucial industry that plays a significant role in supporting agricultural development. PT. Tulus Marisi, as a private company operating in this sector, has a significant impact on the distribution of fertilizers to various regions. However, the company faces challenges in information services, which can affect the quality of its services. The manual system used by the company to manage data and information is prone to errors and can lead to inefficiencies in planning and controlling existing demand.

The main objective of this research is to design and develop an information system that can improve the quality of services of PT. Tulus Marisi. The specific objectives of this research are:

Methodology

This research uses a qualitative approach to identify the variables that affect service satisfaction in PT. Tulus Marisi. The data collection methods used in this research include:

Questionnaires: Distributed to employees and distributors of PT. Tulus Marisi to gather information on their satisfaction with the company's services
Interviews: Conducted with employees and distributors of PT. Tulus Marisi to gather more in-depth information on their satisfaction with the company's services
Observations: Conducted at the company's warehouses and distributor centers to gather information on the existing facilities and equipment

Analysis and Results

The analysis of the data collected in this research shows that the reliability variable (reliability) has a significant effect on distributors' satisfaction with a value of 0.423. Therefore, the reliability variable is the main focus in designing information systems. Descriptive analysis of this variable shows the importance of ease of access for distributors to increase their satisfaction.

Furthermore, the results of internal analysis show that there is a strong relationship between the facilities/equipment provided by PT. Tulus Marisi and employee satisfaction, with a correlation value of 0.413. This shows that the condition of good facilities can contribute to a higher level of employee satisfaction. The relationship between distributor satisfaction (Y1 variable) and employee satisfaction (Y2 variable) is also quite close, with a correlation of 0.701, which shows that increased satisfaction in one variable can affect another.

Design of Information System

Based on the results of the analysis, there are several strategic steps that can be taken to increase service satisfaction both for employees of PT. Tulus Marisi and Distributor Center. One way is to improve existing facilities and equipment, in order to better support daily operations. In addition, it is important to design a web-based information system that can facilitate the process of demanding fertilizer from each distributor center in various regions. With the application of the appropriate system model, it is expected to overcome the factors that affect service satisfaction.
