London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Medan, totaling 109 people. Using the Slovin formula, 52 samples were randomly selected through a sampling technique. The analysis methods used included validity, reliability, t-test, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination (R²).

Results

The results of this study showed a significant positive influence between OCB (independent variable) and employee job satisfaction (dependent variable). The t-test results indicated a T-count of 7,197, which was greater than the T-table of 2,00856, and a significance value of 0,000, which was smaller than 0.05. This suggests that OCB contributes significantly to employee job satisfaction.

Furthermore, the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) showed a value of 0.509, indicating that 50.9% of employee job satisfaction can be influenced by OCB. The remaining 49.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
