The primary objective of this study is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that exist in the palm oil farming business in Ulumahuam Village, as well as formulating strategies that can increase oil palm production in the village. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out using the SWOT method.
