The results of the study showed that occupational health and safety programs and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee work performance at PT. Tales Palm Sawit Medan. The results of the coefficient of determination show the R Square value of 0.706, which means 70.6% of employee work performance can be explained by health, safety, and motivation.

Analysis of the Effect of Occupational Health and Safety

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a crucial aspect in increasing employee productivity. A good K3 program not only protects employees from dangers that can cause injury, but also creates a more comfortable and safe work environment.
